Our bespoke classrooms newly built on our Mezzanine floor have been fully fitted with NEW PRIMAL equipment to bring you a variety of HIIT and Strength classes which can be part of your CLASSES Membership  or our ALL IN Membership, see our Membership page for more information.


As part of your membership you can DOWNLOAD the Revolve APP and the classes can be booked via the APP.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Revolve Fitness in Holmes Chapel


Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga where postures are linked together in seamless, flowing sequences. Often referred to as "Flow Yoga," it synchronises each movement with your breath, guiding you to inhale or exhale with every transition.


In this class, we reconnect to our emotions through meaningful music, flowing from one pose to the next in sync with both breath and beat. By repeating sequences to find our rhythm, and culminate in a final flow of choreographed movement to the music, creating a truly immersive experience.


Classes are varied and typically include sun salutations, backbends, and inversions, with modifications for all levels—beginners to advanced. Vinyasa Flow builds strength and flexibility, while mindful breathing and music help calm and centre the mind.

Yin Yoga at Revolve Fitness in Holmes Chapel


Discover the deep, meditative practice of Yin Yoga, designed to target the body’s connective tissues, known as fascia. By gently stretching and holding postures around key joints like the hips and shoulders, Yin Yoga helps maintain flexibility, especially as we age, while supporting spinal strength and mobility.


This inward-focused practice encourages you to slow down, notice sensations, and cultivate mental stillness. With regular Yin Yoga, you’ll nurture both your body and mind, finding calm, resilience, and the ability to sit still with ease.
