    Focussing solely on 1 to 2 key compound lifts a session, this class is designed to help you master form and achieve new PBs.


    A Coach will help you build confidence in class. That self-assurance can then be applied to your own workouts on the gym floor.

Improve Cardio + Building Strength & Stability
