A Coach will help you build confidence in class. That self-assurance can then be applied to your own workouts on the gym floor.

Through a combination of single-leg strength, plyometrics, balance training, and core work, you’ll improve power, stability, and movement efficiency while building resilience against common running injuries. Suitable for runners of all abilities.
