    Improve your range of motion, movement control, and overall mobility through a combination of active stretching, joint mobilisations  and strength work.


    This class focuses on building strength and stability throughout your available range, helping you move better, feel less stiff, and perform more effectively both in and out of the gym. Suitable for all fitness levels.

STRETCH + FLEXIBILITY

Time to allow your Muscles to Recover

    Active stretching: this class will teach and allow you to progress towards ‘The Big 5’ stretches: Pike, Pancake, Middle Split, Front Split and Bridge.

YOGA

Stretching, Posture, Joint & Care

    Discover the deep, meditative practice of Yin Yoga, designed to target the body’s connective tissues, known as fascia. By gently stretching and holding postures around key joints like the hips and shoulders, Yin Yoga helps maintain flexibility, especially as we age, while supporting spinal strength and mobility.


    This inward-focused practice encourages you to slow down, notice sensations, and cultivate mental stillness. With regular Yin Yoga, you’ll nurture both your body and mind, finding calm, resilience, and the ability to sit still with ease.
